Den of Imagination pays extra attention to safety of your models. The miniatures will be covered in a foam and sponge, then placed in a plastic container. That container will go into a bigger box filled with styrofoam or bubble-wrap. In this way your models should reach you safely but note that the studio can't be responsible for any mishandling of the postal service.

Up to 20 infantry models:
1. Regular Polish Post Office - Priority Airmail $15.00 - $30.00 USD (10-28 days) (SUSPENDED due to pandemic delays)
2. UPS/FedEx - $50.00 - $80.00 USD (4-9 days)
3. Expedited UPS/FedEx - $100.00 - $225.00 USD (2-3 days)

Large models and armies:
1. Regular Polish Post Office - Priority Airmail $55.00 - $100.00 USD (10-28 days) (SUSPENDED due to pandemic delays)
2. UPS/FedEx - $90.00 - $175.00 USD (4-9 days)
3. Expedited UPS/FedEx - $200.00 - $350.00 USD (2-3 days)

Usually shipment fit in those timelines but under some circumstances it takes longer than expected so your patience will be appreciated. After shipping you are provided with the Postal Tracking Number.

RETURNS
We do not accept returns of the models once they are shipped. The client is provided with photos update after the project is finished.
